I look forward servicing you for your beauty needs! 💕 As a reminder, please make sure that you check the address and take note of my phone number prior to your appointment in case you need to get a hold of me. Also make sure that you are aware of the cancellation policies. Our time is important, and I respect yours and expect the same courtesy. If you are going to be a few minutes late please reach out to me to let me know. If you are more than 10 minutes late there is a 15.00 late fee. At 15 minutes we will have to get you rescheduled. 💕Lash clients - Please be sure to arrive at your appointment with clean lashes! No makeup residue or lash glue from strip lashes should be on your lashes. If you have makeup or residue on your lashes I will provide you with lash shampoo for you to clean them. (You will need to arrive a few minutes early so there is no time lost for the application of your lashes) I also do not do fills over previous work not executed by myself, an extension removal will need to be booked along with the full lash set of your choice. 💕Wax clients - Please make sure that you have enough hair growth prior to your wax. Your hair should be at least the length of a grain of rice in order to receive a nice smooth wax. For any bikini waxes, you are still able to get waxed during your cycle as long as you have a fresh tampon in. Cancellation Policy
There is a 50% cancellation fee for late cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time.
There is a 100% service charge for no call, no show appointments.
